I sat on my bed and sighed. How could life get any more boring? All I do is sit in a castle, all day! And what comes out of it? NOTHING!
I looked up and out the window. Slowly, I got up and walked to the window, the tap of my high heeled shoes and my breathing is the only sound in the room you can hear.
I open the doors to the balcony and close my eyes as I feel the nice col wind against my warm skin. My eyes opened slowly and looked in the sky. By the position of the moon, I'd say it was an hour till the next day, or Midnight as most call it.
I could still hear the music down at the town square where my 17th Birthday was still being held. I never liked my birthday parties. And for my birthday, I never got the things I wished to get.
But I guess the things I want can be given in a box or physically handed to me. I want .. I want freedom. A life. Just to be free and be with my favorite person in the world ..

"Link?" Zelda looked over at Link who was walking next to her.
"Hmm?" He mumbled, opening his eyes to look at Zelda.
"Where are we going?" She asked.
He smiled at her. "Zel, like I told you before," He paused. He stopped walking a second and so did Zelda. Link grabbed her arm while he had the opportunity and pulled her closer to him and he put his head over her shoulder. "You'll just have to wait and see " he whispered in her ear.
His warm breath on her skin sent chills down her back. She loved to be around him. He always seemed to liven her up, even on the darkest of all days. He was her knight in shining armor. Her not-so-much-of-a-Prince Charming.
The sun was setting in the east and the rays hit his face perfectly. He was beautiful in the sunset. Them walking side by side, to a place that was unknown to Zelda, hands just inches away from touching. Zelda so desperately wanted to just sit and stare at Link all day and have him hold her

Zelda yawned and turned to Link who was at her side. "We did it! We defeated Tabu!!"
Link smiled and looked in her eyes. "Yeah... I'm glad all that's over with."
Zelda took a deep breath and winced. She looked down and saw a little burn on her dress and lifted it. She cried at the site of her leg.
"WHAT?!" Link asked, kneeling down to look at it. "Oh . Zel ."
"I know . I'm stupid!" She cried, throwing her dress down and trying not to scream from the shock of pain that shot through her body.
"No you're not. You burned yourself pretty bad .." Link shook his head.
"ME!? It's was that blue freak, Tabu!" Zelda cried, trying to calm herself.
"Zel Calm down . I'll help you to the doctor-"
"No! I don't want to leave. It's so pretty out here " She sighed and closed her eyes.
Link nodded and started to walk off. He stopped and turned back around and looked at her. "Do you mind if I stay?" Link asked.

Zelda looked up at the sky then back down. The party was almost over, it was getting really dark and everyone was dancing to the piano music that was being played.
It was slow and soothing. It was very beautiful.
All the parents started to dance and the kids just played around.
Colin asked Beth to dance with him and Beth took his hand and the two kids started to dance.
Zelda smiled at that and looked all around. The town was such a lovely place with wonderful people. This place was Heaven on Earth.
She laid her head on the wall behind her and sighed. Her mother used to play this piece of music all the time. It wasn't her favorite that Impa played for her. It was a special song; a song that her mother loved as much as she did.

"Hey Link?" Zelda asked, looking over to the blonde headed young man sitting on the top of the fence.
"Hm?" He asked, opening his eyes and looking back at the Princess who was standing behind the brown wooden fence he was sitting on.
"Well . You know that the Castle was finished being rebuilt last night, right?" She asked him, looking down.
"Wow .." Link smirked. "How long has it been then . 3 years?"
Zelda looked up at him and shook her head. "It's been five "
Link's eyes widened and looked at her as he jumped off the fence to the opposite side Zelda was on.
Zelda nodded and closed her eyes, trying to hold back tears. "You know . I'm soon gonna have to go back as soon as they finish with the furniture "
Link kept looking at the Princess with the same expression. He didn't show any sign on if he had heard her.
"But " Zelda sighed, still fighting the tears. "I-I really I really want to

Link remained smiling, and finally spoke. "I I'm going to stay here. Here with you Zel." He laughed.
Zelda blush and looked down. "Great " she looked back up and smiled nervously "Hey . Link Remember the last time we were up here?" She asked, backing away.
"Yeah .. How could I?" Link laughed and looked a Zelda. His face expression dropped and he stepped up closer to her. "You okay?"
"Uh . Well You know the ceremony .. Right?" Zelda asked, blushing like mad.
"Yeah, Why?" He asked, stepping closer to her.
"Uh " Zelda stammered, backing away. "Well . We haven't necessarily fulfilled the whole ritual I ."
"And what else do we have to do?" Link asked, getting worried.

The blonde haired girl looked up and smiled. “Hey Link.”
The blonde boy looked down at her in concern. “Are you okay? How come you came outside, the dance is inside…”
Zelda sighed and looked down. “I… I just needed some fresh air from someone…”
“Groose?” Link instantly answered.
Zelda looked up at him. “Yeah…”
Link sighed and sat down in the grass next to Zelda. “You can’t let him get to you like that.”
“I can’t help it.” Zelda cried. “He says the worst things about you and… and-”
“Zel, I can handle him myself.” Link whispered to her, scooting closer to her.
“But you let him push you around and I just can’t help but think-”
“Zelda.” Link stopped her, turning her head to face his.
She looked in his eyes and quickly looked down.

Zelda slowly lifted her eyelids, her arms pushing her back up so she was in a sitting position. She looked to her side and sighed when she saw Link sleeping. She couldn't help but stare.
After staring at him a while, she finally yawned and smiled when she thought no one was watching. She stretched out and was careful not to hit Link in the process.
Link opened his eyes slowly and saw the Princess get up and sit next to the lake.
"I hope Link was right " Zelda sighed, dipping her bare feet in the warmed water. "What if the Castle isn't there There is a possibility it's still gone . I can't get over that ."
Link thought over in his head if he should get up of stay silent and listen to her said aloud thoughts.
"I mean, I'm glad he has faith in the goddesses and all that, but .. I would think that you could see the castle from here ." She sighed, closing her eyes. "But Zelda you sho

"What do I look like, and air conditioner?" she demanded. "Let's hurry up and finish." She went back to pawing through the many piles of malfunctioning items.
Link groaned. He and Zelda where sorting through the old items room; where all the items that used to be used in the Super Smash Bros. Tournament were stored. Most of them never worked, but some had potential to become items. Link and Zelda were searching for objects that could possibly be those new weapons. Unfortunately for Link, it was burning in the room, despite how dark it was. Zelda didn't seem to mind. She just continued to dig through the piles, searching. Link sifted through the debris; a teddy bear, what looked like a hammer but was attached with springy stars... and what looked like binoculars. He picked it up curiously.
"Hey, Zel!" he called, looking through the binoculars at her. Zelda turned around,

Her golden blond hair falls freely past her shoulders, resting on her pink with golden lining nightgown. The nightgown fit her well showing off ever curve she has, her figure is flawless, she is flawless.
She makes her way towards the open stone window. The curtains had already been drawn back, she liked the moonlight it soothed her in a way. She stared out over her kingdom.
'Hyrule' she thought, 'oh what troubles you have faced. But now it looks as if none of those troubles ever happened.'
She paused for a minute and now ran her elegant finger on the stone frame of the window. 'It's all thanks to him . Yes if it weren't for him Hyrule would be nothing but ruble.'
She let out a sigh and drew her finger back and folded her hands graceful in front of herself
Zelink TP oneshotLink kicked a rock and crossed his arms. Why were these thoughts clouding his mind?
This was all her fault. If it wasn't for her, he wouldn't be out in the forest, wandering, thinking, and wondering if what he thought he felt really was true.
The princess of Hyrule, the angelic princess Zelda was in Ordon for a vacation away from the palace. He had seen her once before she arrived... when he was delivering a sword to the castle, a sword that Rusl had made especially for her. And for the past 4 days, he had done nothing but spend time with her. It was yesterday when he realized that he... possibly... loved her. He hadn't stopped thinking about her ever since she arrived, and he was beginning to treasure the time that they spent together.
So why was he punishing himself like this? He wanted to see her... but... he was afraid. He was afraid that he would fall for her, even though in the back of his mind he already knew that he possibly loved her already, and she would not love him

Princess Zelda tidied her hair, tying the end of her bangs with white ribbons. She could hardly believe she had managed it. After all these years, she had done the impossible and persuaded her father to let her leave the castle. Normally she had no desire to leave, but today she had to go. It would be a long trip and she had to be as inconspicuous as possible. Meaning no guards. If she hadnt been a princess shed have done a victory punch, but she was too proper for that. Yeah right. The minute she was out of her fathers throne room the victory punches had been plentiful. All her life shed been surrounded by them and she was finally free! Okay, only for a couple of days but still, FREEDOM! Zelda sighed contentedly, and allowed her chocolate brown locks to fall from her fingers and grace her shoulders while she beamed at her reflection in the mirror.

She giggled as she looked at herself in the mirror, pushing a single lock of light brown hair behind her ear. Oh her father would be furious! But that was what would make it fun. Satisfied with her hair, she picked her book back up and settled into her chair, once again losing herself in this world of fairytales, where princesses have long, blonde hair, (the thought made her smile amusedly) and long to be free of their life in the palace. Oh if only these books were anywhere near the truth where should she be now? She herself was proof that such things were fairytales, no more. Of course, none of her people knew that. Her father saw to it that they did not know, and she found that she didnt particularly care. So what if they thought she was a blue-eyed, blonde beauty? So what if they thought she longed to be away from the large castle with its beautiful grounds and serene silence? So what if they thought she wandered around in magnificent dresses, wear

This story takes place the same day Hyrule is saved in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and the day after.
(Third person point of view focusing on Link)
Link was riding his horse, Epona. They were speeding off to Castle Town, the
horse's clomping scaring away birds that were on the ground. Link was going
to check on how everyone in Castle Town was doing since it was the same day
that he had saved Hyrule. The castle would not be there anymore since it was
destroyed in the final battle.
Zelda. Link's mind was filled with Zelda, the beautiful princess of Hyrule.
They had been best friends when they were younger, but the two were then
torn away from each other. This was because Zelda was a princess and Link
was a farm boy, which also meant he was commoner. Link turned over his
thoughts of Zelda in his mind, oblivious to the surrounding world. He sighed
"Oops, sorry, girl!" Link apologized to Epona. Since he was dis
Measure up -Zelda-Zelda was 18 and had just turned down one of her many suitors. The man left with his head high, trying to maintain his dignity. Zelda sighed and rested her head onto the palm of her hand. She had been turning down many suitors lately and it was very tiring.
Perhaps you should go take a nap. Impa, her assistant, suggested.
Zelda nodded in agreement and got up to head towards her room. There she changed into her long pink night gown. Impa laid her pink slippers on the floor, so they would be easy to put on when she awoke. Impa then laid the princesses robe on a chair by the side of the bed. The robe was made with pink lace and had purple ropes to tie in the middle, around her waist.
Ill wake you up before dinner. Impa said then excused herself out of the room.
Zelda laid in her bed, closed her eyes and immediately fell asleep.
Zelda blinked her eyes open and yawned. She had been woken up by an argument that was occurring outside her doo
'What is she to you?'
'Is she real? What is she?'
The young hero looked into his lover's eyes. What was she? Was she a dove? Like a love dove? Could she have been his guardian? What was she to him? "Who-what are you...to me?" The hero, Link asked.
The maiden didn't answer - why would she answer? She realized her role on her own: the incarnation of the goddess, Hylia. Couldn't Link, the chosen hero figure out what she was to him? He saved her from the evil Demise, from Ghirahim, from...evil. But how could he still not put his finger on it? What was she to him?
'What is she?'
The wind current grew stronger, waving Zelda's golden locks from her face. Now he could see her, she was a beauty. Very fitting for a goddess of course. The purple carnations in her long hair, gleaming in the sunlight. Her white gown flowing gracefully as she continued to hold on to Link. Protectively, Link wrapp
You've always been my heroLink snuck past the guards for the fourth time that week, this time evading them only slightly. He sighed in relief once he was in the large, grand courtyard and walked up to the stairs. The young girl at the top turned around and smiled.
"Why, hello, Link! I wasn't expecting you today!" she giggled, walking over to him. "What brings you here?"
He smiled, reddening slightly, as he always did in her presence. "Hey, princess. I just came to say hi-"
"-Again?" she interrupted, laughing.
He blushed a deeper shade of scarlet, and looked at her. "Well... yeah. If you don't want me here I can go..."
"No! Don't! I really like it when you're here. Maybe Impa will let us go out to town, as long as you're with me..." she thought. "I'll be right back."
She skipped towards the castle doors, leaving Link alone, buried in his thoughts. 'I told myself that I would tell her how I felt about her today... But how should I say it without seeming stupid?'
He bit his lip; worried that Zelda would not share

"Mommy?" A little girl the age of six called.
Zelda poked her head into the living room and smiled. "What is it Tayra?"
Tayra jumped down from the couch and put her hands behind her back. "I wanted to give you something .."
Zelda bent down and tilted her head ot the side. "And what would that be?"
"Happy Mother's Day!" Tayra smiled and held out a blue sapphire necklace in the shape of a Triangle with five diamonds on it that formed a Z.
Link came walking in as Zelda took the beautiful necklace and examined it.
It was gorgeous. Even the chain was a beautiful blue.
"Daddy said it looks just like your eyes."
Zelda looked up and met his eyes. "And it looks like his, too."
Link smirked and walked behind Tayra and lifted her up in the air.
The room filled with her laughter as Link lifted her on his shoulders.
Zelda smiled sweetly at both of them. "You know what." She sighed. "I already have the best gift I could ever have."
"What is that?" Tayra asked.
